Since 2002, Leal Landscaping & Sprinklers has offered full-service lawn maintenance, landscaping and irrigation programs. Outlined below are the procedures necessary to give lawns and gardens that professional quality appearance. All of our crew members are trained and knowledgeable in the services that we offer. These professional operators do consistent quality work and are backed by a staff with years of experience in the lawn and landscaping maintenance industry. Crews are insured to protect both our employees and property owners.

 

Please take this time to learn about us and let us know in which services you are interested. We also offer year-round contracts for regular maintenance services, which consist of calculating an entire year’s services and dividing into twelve equal monthly payments.

 

Irrigation

Installation – Irrigation sprinkler systems are designed to ensure the best, most efficient sprinkler coverage while minimizing installation costs as well as future costs, i.e. utility bills. Only brands name parts and high quality materials are used and backed by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Maintenance – Irrigation systems can be maintained by regular inspections. Inspections will consist of measuring water pressure and checking/repairing heads and nozzles as needed. Customers will be notified of any upgrades or additional maintenance of already existing irrigation systems upon first inspection.

 

Landscaping

Landscapes – Designs are created per customers’ requests and preferences. Options include stone work, fountain installation, retaining walls, patios, decks, fencing, outdoor lighting, flower bed assembly, plants, trees, shrubs, etc.

Mulch – We offer top grade mulch for flower beds and trees.

Topsoil – We provide topsoil for all landscaping needs: flower bed preparation, sod installation, ground leveling, etc.

Sod – Pallets of San Augustine sod can be brought in and laid. Various other sods and/or grass seeds are available upon request.

 

Lawn Maintenance

Mowing – The standard mowing schedule is weekly, beginning the first full week in March and ceasing the week of November 1 and bi-weekly during all other weeks. Customers may request a specific schedule.

Edging – With each mowing service, the edges, curbs and borders will be edged as needed.

Trimming – All areas that cannot be mowed will be trimmed including, but not limited to: buildings, garages, trees, fences and signs.

Trees/Shrubs – Trees and shrubs will be trimmed as needed, approximately every 6-8 weeks or per customer request.

Blowing – After each mow, the property will be blown clear of grass trimmings.

Bush Hogging – Bush hogging is offered in overgrown areas to maintain neat appearance.

Trash Removal – Trash will be picked up prior to mowing the lawn. Other debris will be removed but may include an additional prearranged price, i.e. storm debris, fallen tree, etc.
